About K&M
Owner-led since 2020.
Cooper Mackay and Kylor Dusek founded K&M in November 2020, while they were still in high school.
Six seasons later, they still handle every job together, from the first walkthrough to the last clip coming down. When you call K&M, you're talking to the people who will be on site.

How is pricing determined?
Every property is different, so we walk and measure it before we quote. Quotes are free, and the price covers the lights, installation, in-season repairs, and removal.
Do you work with businesses, HOAs, and churches?
Yes. Commercial and community properties get the same walkthrough, custom-fit installation, season-long service, and removal as every other job.
Do I need to be on site for the walkthrough?
No. You're welcome to walk the property with us, but we can measure without you.
Do we need new lighting every year?
No. Your first-season price includes lighting supplied by K&M and custom-cut to the property. In the seasons after, you pay for labor only.
Who supplies the lighting?
We do. Every installation uses commercial-grade lighting supplied by K&M, so each display is built to the same standard and covered by the same in-season service.
What happens if a light goes out?
Let us know and we'll repair it within 48 hours. In-season repairs are included in your price.
